چکیده
A novel bio-fertilizer, produced from prickly ash seeds (PAS), Bacillus subtilis and biochar, was evaluated for its disease-preventing potential on tobacco black shank caused by Phytophthora nicotianae. The results showed that biochar promoted the growth of Tpb55 in PAS increased pH organic fertilizer. final concentration B. could reach 1.7 × 1010 cfu g−1 biological fertilizer (PBB) under optimal medium conditions solid-state fermentation. PBB exhibited a strong fumigation effect P. nicotianae, including inhibiting mycelium growth, reducing disease severity decreasing pathogen population rhizospheric soil. treatment also significantly increase acidified soil improve nutrition content such as available K, alkali hydrolysable N carbon. High-throughput pyrosequencing 16S 18S rRNA genes revealed 4% addition had significant effects diversity richness fungi but not bacteria. microbial community structure shifted after treatment. Some potentially beneficial microbes Bacillus, Mucor, Cunninghamella, Chitinophaga Phenylobacterium were enriched, while Fusarium decreased. In conclusion, agricultural waste combined with can replace soybean source production biocontrol Tpb55, bio-fertilizer effectively control inhibition, nutrient improvement shifting rhizomicrobial community.

Effects of Biochar Addition on CO2 and N2O Emissions following Fertilizer Application to a Cultivated Grassland Soil
Carbon (C) sequestration potential of biochar should be considered together with emission of greenhouse gases when applied to soils. In this study, we investigated CO2 and N2O emissions following the application of rice husk biochars to cultivated grassland soils and related gas emissions tos oil C and nitrogen (N) dynamics. Treatments included biochar addition (CHAR, NO CHAR) and amendment (CO...

*Correspondence: María L. Cayuela, CEBAS-CSIC, Campus Universitario de Espinardo, 30100 Murcia, Spain e-mail: [email protected] In spite of the numerous studies reporting a decrease in soil nitrous oxide (N2O) emissions after biochar amendment, there is still a lack of understanding of the processes involved. Hence the subject remains controversial, with a number of studies showing no cha...
متن کاملEnhanced Bio-Immobilization of Pb Contaminated Soil by Immobilized Bacteria with Biochar as Carrier
This paper examines the potential value of phosphate-solubilizing bacteria(PSB) in the dissolution of soil phosphorus and in the subsequent immobilization of lead (Pb), both in bacterial growth medium and in soil. In growth medium, Pseudomonas chlororaphis showed both phosphate-solubilizing and Pb-immobilizing capability, the immobilization of Pb was attributed to pyromorphite formation, as ind...

The study was conducted to determine the interactive effects of biochar application in combination with farm yard manure (FYM) and nitrogen (N) fertilizer on soil organic matter (SOM) and mineral nitrogen at Agricultural Research Farm of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Agricultural University Peshawar in 2010-2011. Soil samples at 0-15 cm depth were collected from maize and mungbean plots at harvest stage (...
